Annotation
The Master in General Management is a degree programme with a theoretically sound practical orientation. The aim is to supplement the knowledge and skills of the students from the first degree with a broad-based management component deepened at selected positions and to link it to an interdisciplinary competence profile. With this special profile, the Master's degree programme meets the increased demands placed on today's managers, which arise from an organisational environment that is changing ever more rapidly and ever more sustainably. The particular research orientation of the Master's degree programme also qualifies graduates for further employment in the academic and private sectors. The Master in General Management qualifies graduates for management tasks at the interfaces between different departments/departments and the classic areas of business administration. This addresses professional fields that are otherwise typically served by master's graduates from integrated courses in industrial engineering, business informatics, business law, business psychology, etc. The Master's degree programme offers exclusive access for graduates in subjects without such an integrated offer.
