Annotation
The Master's degree course in Sustainable Human Resources And Staff Management imparts extensive knowledge in the three areas of Corporate Management and Strategic Management, Sustainability Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as Strategic and Sustainable Human Resource Management. The high practical orientation of the course is achieved through the additional practice projects over three semesters, in which the practical experience is deepened and specific projects can be implemented. Methodical and social qualifications are promoted through teamwork and practice projects. Graduates are optimally prepared for future tasks in sustainable human resource management and sustainability management and can competently support companies or organisations in their further development towards ecologically compatible, socially just and economically efficient companies or organisations. The course aims at graduates with a first academic degree as well as specialists, executives, junior staff and company founders who would like to specialise their knowledge in sustainable personnel management and who work or would like to work in the future in personnel-oriented areas of responsibility.
Admission requirements
- A first professionally certificate of academic degree in the fields of Economics, Engineering or Natural Sciences with at least 210 ECTS - Applicants from the engineering and natural sciences must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of complex systems in their field and basic knowledge of economics. - Applicants who do not demonstrate or compensate for the technical skills or the ECTS points required for admission are offered the opportunity to take part in the pre-semester preparatory course. - Language requirements for non-native speakers: TestDaF level 3 in all four parts, or equivalent DSH level 1
