Annotation
During the course, a work experience in a suitable business enterprise, a freelance practice / law office or in a public body (administrative authority or court) must be completed for at least eight weeks. Appropriate vocational education and training or a suitable occupation prior to commencement of studies is equivalent to practical work.
Admission requirements
Successfully completed degree course of the following type: Bachelor's degree in German and European Business Law or in a comparable degree course or Bachelor's degree in another degree course with at least 60 credit points in legal subjects or the Diploma degree or Master's examination with at least 60 credit points in legal subjects or State examination for the first state examination in law Minimum degree grade: good (2.5) in the case of a Bachelor's, Diploma degree or Master’s examination satisfactory (6.5 points) in the case of the first state examination in law
