The programme is divided into a basic study stage (two semesters), offered at the Bautzen Continuing Education Centre, and a main study stage (four semesters), offered at the University of the Saxony Police (university of applied sciences) in Rothenburg/O.L. After graduation, you will be appointed as a police or criminal commissioner (m/f/d). Afterwards, a variety of tasks await you in the offices of the Saxony Police.

Recruitment as a civil servant on a temporary basis. Before beginning studies at Rothenburg, each potential student must take an English placement test. For intermediate police officers, this test takes place before they start their studies, and for police commissioner candidates, it takes place during their pre-studies.
