Annotation

The continuing Master's degree programme aims to provide the necessary qualifications: - to research and analyse biblical foundations such as historical and contemporary manifestations of the speech about God, - the importance of the Christian theological perspective for the understanding and constructive shaping of individual life and social life to recognise reality, - to competently present what constitutes the Christian faith in different contexts of church and society, - to constructively discuss insights of Protestant theology in today's world. The focus of the course of study is application-oriented. It is therefore appropriate that historical and contemporary perspectives are continuously related to each other in the development of the contents. With the development of subject-related competences, the personal competences of the students - above all their self-reflexivity with regard to their religious and theological orientation - should also develop further and be related to the respective career prospects. The competences and knowledge acquired in previous education and professional activity are explicitly and experientially incorporated into the programme and made available to all students and teachers in reciprocal teaching/learning processes.
