Annotation
This internationally oriented degree course combines didactic and pedagogical studies with studies of French language and culture and an additional language. The degree course is highly practice-oriented and thus offers an insight into the broad profile of knowledge transfer, without focusing the field of schools. In addition to the didactic and pedagogical component, students choose French and another language: Spanish, English or German. The course includes a stay abroad at a university in the French or Spanish-speaking cultural area. Students with French as a compulsory subject can also apply for the Bachelor's degree course KulturA. This option offers you a binational course, which is funded by the Franco-German University (DFH). Graduates receive three academic degrees and a certificate from the DFH as well as access to DFH-organised job fairs, financial support during a one-year stay at the partner university in Angers, France, and access to the extended graduate network of the DFH. Part-time study is quite possible due to the course of study in this degree programme. Upon request, you can register for part-time studies in accordance with Section 19 (2) Hesse Higher Education Act (HessHG). The specific provisions for part-time studies will then apply. Counselling by the subject-specific student advice service is recommended.
