Annotation
Digitisation - the magic word of the 21st century in all areas of life - needs skilled workers. These specialists must have a foothold in computer science or business informatics, but also know the processes they are supposed to digitise - the whole thing combined with a dash of creativity. Because only the interaction of knowledge from all three areas makes it possible to think processes with digital technologies in a completely new way. Who wouldn't be thrilled if the furniture delivery wasn't announced sometime between 8am and 2pm, but between 9:30 and 9:45? Or if citizens could carry out all interactions with the public administration online?
