Building on already acquired competences and skills, the MBA significantly increases career opportunities in the operational and strategic management area with personnel responsibility! The degree course provides a general view of all processes and procedures of a company. The aim is to become fit for a demanding job in the middle or upper management level. WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Career-integrated and flexible programme Linking own experiences with study content Practical training on a modern campus COURSE CONTENTS Modules in German and English Leadership and Global Management Examination Regulations, Module Handbook & Programme Curriculum Students benefit from the individual design of the learning process through various forms of teaching and examination in the joint course. The integration of degree courses into everyday professional life is simplified. In addition, students are given the opportunity to build valuable personal and professional networks. 72 credits can be earned during your studies. The modules are concerned with Artificial intelligence for HR, Corporate Finance, Global Management (English), Entrepreneurship/Design Thinking, Digital Leadership (English), Demography, labour markets and social systems, Communication management and organizational psychological principles, Human Resources Management (advanced), Labour Law, International Digital Business Models, Leadership and Change Management, Intercultural Management (English). The Master's dissertation (15 credits) is produced in the fourth semester and a colloquium is completed (3 credits). VOCATIONAL PERSPECTIVES Executive in Management Business and Project Leadership Through a modern practice-oriented knowledge transfer with digital elements, e.g. artificial intelligence, the newly designed MBA degree course in Global Management/HR prepares students for demanding specialist and management tasks in internationally relevant management areas. Graduatesof the "MBA Global Management/HR (combined study programme)", experienced academics are:to manage, restructure and further expand the current requirements of personnel reorientation, digitisation, value change, demographic development and globalisation in the personnel sector of national and international companies with innovative approaches. Companies need human resource management for long-term strategic personnel planning and coordination. Human resources and staff management is one of the cross-company tasks of every manager. Almost all large and medium-sized companies need managers, for example as: Executive Director:in Departmental management (e.g. Human Resources management) Commercial:Director:in Business Strategy Analyst Team Leader:in Product Manager:in Key Account Manager:in Project manager:in Authorised Officer:in International Operations Manager:in Therefore, there are numerous fields of activity available in all sectors. Admission requirements

Completion of a professionally qualifying degree course with 210 credits or an equivalent qualification from the field of business administration. Insofar as this is an academic degree with 180 credits, additional Bachelor's degree performances in the amount of 30 credits must be proved before registering for the Master's thesis. Furthermore, qualified professional experience of (as a rule) no less than one year is required after the undergraduate degree course.
