Our working world is constantly changing due to technological, economic and social developments. Megatrends such as digitalisation, globalisation, sustainability and demographic transformation are changing how we work and collaborate in the future. Do you want to help shape our working world and make it sustainable? Then opt for the "Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour" Master's degree programme (M.Sc. in HRM & OB) at the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. This cross-location, research-orientated degree course teaches you the skills required for responsible, agile HR management that focuses on the needs of people and organisations alike. The MSc in HRM & OB will present you future topics in business, technology and society. You will analyse their significance for the people in organisations and develop solutions for sustainable HR management. The MSc course in HRM & OB combines two disciplines: • Human Resource Management (HRM), which deals with the effective and efficient management of human resources in organisations, and • Organisational Behaviour (OB), which examines the influencing factors and effects of the actions of individuals and groups in an organisation and the organisation itself. The MSc course in HRM & OB suits you if • you are interested in how technological, economic and social developments are changing the world of work; • you want to find answers to challenges in the world of work using scientific methods and thus help to make them fit for the future; • you want to set individual priorities in the Master's programme – whether digitalisation, sustainability, diversity, lifelong learning or ethics; • you would like to broaden your horizons in an interdisciplinary degree course; • you want to acquire skills in data science, empirical research and people analytics and develop evidence-based solutions for the future of work; • you are interested in current scientific findings on practical issues in the areas of HRM and OB; • you want to exchange ideas with experts from research and practice and network with companies; • you are in the mood for innovative, hybrid teaching-learning concepts that rely on interactive learning and agile, creative teamwork.
