Developing assistance systems for cars. Converting homes to smart homes. Developing solutions for the industry of tomorrow. More and more technical products consist of complex mechanical components that are controlled by sophisticated, intelligent electronics. In addition to the classic mechanical and electrical components, a large number of networked computers are installed in a modern car. These form the basis for many intelligent systems, starting with safety systems such as ABS, ESP and airbags, through modern driver assistance systems, to functions for automated driving. The course offers the best of mechanical, electrical and computer engineering. During their mechatronics degree course, students acquire a broad knowledge of these disciplines and thus acquire the competence to develop, optimise and integrate mechatronic systems as a whole. The mechatronics degree course gives you the tools you need to help shape the future in exciting projects.
