In their letter of motivation, applicants must indicate that they either are or were active in the field of higher education or academia, or outline exactly how they envisage their future career prospects. A joint degree will be awarded. The partner countries are Germany, Finland, China and Austria. The first semester takes place in Austria, the second in Finland, the third in China and the last one in Germany.
