University degree with at least 240 credits in Administrative Sciences, Political Science, Communication Science, Criminology or comparable degree courses at a German or foreign university and at least one year of relevant professional experience. Or: University degree of less than 240 credits (e.g. PVD BA) and other crediting options, such as e.g. an additional degree course or several proven years of relevant professional experience As well as basic English skills
