Target group
Graduates of a bachelor in Food Technology or a related field of study, who would like to receive further education and enjoy research and development, are in the right place with the Master's program Food Processing. Moreover, after completing the Master's degree program in Food Processing, a doctorate can be sought in cooperation with a partner university. After completing the Master's degree, there is the possibility of obtaining a doctorate in cooperation with a university at Fulda University of Applied Sciences.

Admission requirements
First professionally qualifying degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in food technology or a related discipline with a grade of at least 2.5 and a maximum of 210 ECTS (regular study period of seven semesters). If If the applicant lacks expertise or the Bachelor's thesis was completed with only 180 ECTS (regular study period of six semesters), additional modules will have to be completed (academic conditions).
