Admission requirements

The admission for students of the German-French M.A. is subject to the same conditions as for the students of the Master of Social and Cultural Anthropology at Goethe University. In addition, they must have very good French language skills. The proof of French language skills, which should correspond to the level C1 (DELF), will be given within the scope of an oral language exam lasting about 15 minutes before the semester starts with the participation of a representative of the IFHA at the Goethe University. Furthermore, knowledge of English at level B1 and language skills of another, preferably modern, foreign language must be proven at level A2.
