Target group

The examination of the media pedagogical perspective of games allows a broad starting point. Journalists, media scientists, educators, communication scientists, game developers and many more are already active in this field and have found access to this topic as lateral entrants. In addition to a basic academic qualification (which is provided to a minimum by a BA degree), the degree course is thus open to a large community of interests. Experience in working with children and young people is an advantage. Professional training is not a necessary entry qualification. A focus on the topics of game and media pedagogy can also be useful for inexperienced people in terms of orientation and specialization.

Annotation

You already have a first academic degree and would like to acquire methodological approaches to game and media pedagogy on a part-time basis? Then secure your place on the Master's degree in Game and Media Education at the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena!
