Annotation
The career-integrated and fee-based advanced training course qualifies its graduates as a coach and for management positions. The conception of the Master provides for a double qualification of the participants. On the one hand, the course includes coaching for people responsible for management and control tasks. At the same time, managers are empowered to be able to coach their employees. In both respects you receive a well-founded academic training as a coach, which is based on the guidelines of the relevant coaching associations and in particular gives you an academic degree (Master of Arts).
