Admission requirements
Completion of a Diplom or Bachelor degree course at a university of applied sciences for public administration or another administration-related Bachelor or Diplom degree course at a university of applied sciences or university, each with an overall grade of at least "satisfactory (2.8) and at least one year of professional experience in public administration or at a non-profit organisation after completion of the first degree.
