Annotation

Today, social services and facilities are increasingly having to ensure their services with limited economic resources. Due to these structural changes, the demands on employees, especially managers, have changed fundamentally. The career-integrated continuing education Master's degree programme extends your own expertise to include organisational, economic and occupational role-related qualifications. The students are taught the necessary theoretical and operational skills with which they manage and develop social service companies. The degree programme begins every two years in the summer semester in March of even years (2024, 2026 etc.)

The programme can be taken up by anyone who - holds a (subject) university degree (Bachelor or Diplom) at a university in the fields of social work (special education, social work), curative education, religious education\; - at the start of their studies, they can generally provide evidence of at least three years' postgraduate practice in social work, and - is in a managerial position or aspires to such a position. In addition, admission to course of studies can be granted to those who have a different university degree and - at the start of their studies, they can generally provide evidence of at least three years' postgraduate practice in social work, and - Is in a managerial position or aspires to such a position.
