Annotation

After the standard period of study of 6 semesters, the university Bachelor's degree in Management [Construction, Property, Infrastructure] is completed with the academic degree of Bachelor of Science (BSc). In accordance with the Thüringer Architekten- und Ingenieurkammergesetz (ThürAIKG), our graduates carry the professional title of engineer. In the first three semesters, you will be taught general economic and engineering fundamentals, application-oriented basic knowledge and skills as well as specific technical and methodological skills (basic studies). From the fourth semester onwards, students will begin their specialised studies which are mainly devoted to interdisciplinary fundamentals such as project development, property valuation as well as project, quality, ethics, risk, stakeholder and strategic management.
