Do you want to plan and operate factory buildings and production areas in the life science industry? Life Science Engineering (LSE) prepares you optimally for your dream job in facility design and technical management in the life science industry. In this application-oriented Master's degree programme, you will acquire the necessary technical and business administration qualifications in three semesters. Why study with us? Flexibility Study from home or in person. You only have to be at the university on a few dates. You are also welcome to study part-time. Unique qualification Throughout Germany, you are uniquely qualified in facility design and technical management for the life science industry. In the compulsory elective area, you choose modules from our Master's degree programme in Life Science Innovation (LSI) or take modules from another faculty at our university. High practical relevance Through the participation of lecturers from industry and an updated curriculum, you are optimally prepared for the requirements of industry. Optionally, you can study part-time as part of the 'Professional Master's Programme' and already assume project responsibility during your work in a planning office. Internationality You can study abroad at our partner universities in an additional semester and thus gain experience abroad. The LSE Master's degree programme is taught partly in English. Good German and English language skills are therefore required. You can make a career here - in planning and consulting offices for the life science industry - at service providers in the life science industry - in life science industry production companies (food, pharma, cosmetics, medical devices) - at mechanical or plant engineering companies - at universities and research institutions (Fraunhofer institutes, etc.) Topics: life science industry, facility design, technical management, planning of production areas, laboratory planning, clean room production, production processes and facilities for the life science industry Completed academic degree: Master of Engineering (MEng)
