The wide-ranging and future-oriented course of studies in Food, Nutrition, Hygiene prepares students for the requirements in different fields of activity in specialist and interface positions in the field of food, nutrition, hygiene - in particular in the predominantly medium-sized companies in the food industry or with providers of supply and other relevant services or in the field of equipment technology for food processing and storage or in the field of cleaning technology or in the field of cosmetics or in pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Graduates... •\thave basic scientific and technical knowledge of food, nutrition and hygiene, •\thave expertise in food technology and, depending on their profile, in nutrition or hygiene, •\tare sensitised to sustainability, •\tcan work successfully in specialist and interface positions as well as management positions in the food, nutrition and hygiene industry, •\tcan handle complex tasks and problems both independently and in a team, •\tare able to evaluate, present and argue complex specialist issues.
