Admission requirements

The study places are primarily available to employees of the municipalities of Lower Saxony and other public authorities (financed by the municipalities or as self-payers); If there is free study place capacity, self-paying other applicants with appropriate qualifications have access to the course. Applicants who only acquired 180 ECTS points in the first degree course can have skills acquired outside of university recognised for up to 30 ECTS points; Prerequisites for this are at least two years of professional experience in public administration or in a public company and proof of further skills.
