On the one hand, the Master's degree course qualifies you for direct staff management. This includes competent management (based on the status quo), including the design of the networks and social spaces in which the respective organisation is involved. On the other hand, the degree course enables organisations and offerings to be continuously evolved and, if necessary, innovatively renewed.
Admission requirements
Qualified, relevant certificate of academic degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Education and Learning in Childhood/Childhood Pedagogy, Educational Science or Applied Childhood Science or an academic degree with comparable qualification objectives. Comparability is given if at least 90 credit points come from relevant areas. The Examination Committee decides on equivalence The prerequisite for participation in the selection procedure is that a maximum of 15 of the credit points required for the Bachelor's degree are still outstanding.
