Target group

The prerequisite for admission is a bachelor's degree in psychology from a university. Graduates of other, social science courses (such as medicine, education, theology, sociology) must provide evidence of at least 60 credit points in psychology acquired in a previous university course.

Admission requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a university or a higher education institution. Graduates of other social science degree courses (e.g. Medicine, Education, Theology, Sociology) can be admitted given certain prerequisites (a sufficient knowledge of psychology must be evident). If there is a shortfall in knowledge which would normally be expected from a Bachelor's course in psychology, applicants must acquire this missing specialised knowledge through 'bridging courses'.

6,500.00 EUR / semester

More information regarding tuition fees

The tuition fee is EUR 22,500 for full-time studies if the total amount is paid in advance, EUR 6,500 per semester or EUR 1130 per month. The fees for the two-month bridge courses for career changers without a previous academic degree in psychology amount to a maximum of EUR 2,000; this sum is reduced accordingly if proof is provided of previous achievements. The IPU is making efforts to establish its own scholarship system.
