Target group
The Medical Law programme (LL.M.) is a part-time, continuing education Master's degree programme. It is aimed at professionals with a university degree, in particular Lawyers with first or second State Examination, with or without having completed a specialist course in medical law, but also for doctors, pharmacists, economists, business economists, public health managers and employees in the insurance industry with academic qualifications.
Annotation
Graduates of the Master's degree programme in Medical Law take on specialist and management tasks in the various institutions of the health care system (health insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, etc.), in pharmaceutical and insurance companies, ministries and associations, in the civil service and of course in law firms specialising in medical law. OTH Amberg-Weiden cooperates with ARBER-Seminare GmbH, which has been supporting lawyers in their additional qualification as specialist lawyers since 1997.
Admission requirements
you must have completed a full course of university education in law (1st or 2nd a university degree in law (1st or 2nd state examination), medicine, pharmacy, nursing sciences, health sciences or health economics\; relevant qualified professional experience after Bachelor's degree
