Target group
Graduates of a relevant legal course of study who work in companies, public authorities, associations, law firms, auditing or personnel consulting firms and are looking for an interdisciplinary supplement and deepening of their legal knowledge. Professionals who want to build up and expand their HRM know-how in a sustainable way.
Admission requirements
- First or Second State Examination in Law or First Law Examination with a score of at least 5.5 or equivalent with at least eight semesters of regular study time - Applicants who did not obtain their higher education entrance qualification or first degree at a German-speaking institution must provide proof of command of German at the level of the German language examination for admission to higher education for foreign applicants (DSH-3) or an equivalent German language examination\; - At least one year of qualified professional experience - Tabular CV – Essay - Participation in a selection interview, where appropriate Notice: Applicants who have completed a first degree in law with less than 240 LP, but at least 180 LP, can be admitted to the programme, provided that they fulfil the other admission requirements and provide evidence of the missing entrance competence (up to 60 LP) as follows: - additional qualified practical professional experience, proven by a total of at least two years of relevant professional activity after completion of the first degree. Professional experience in a legal environment, preferably with reference to human resource management, is considered relevant. Completed work placements or vocational training can be credited towards parts if they are relevant to the content of the degree programme. - Successfully completed relevant academic training pursuant to Article. 56(6) of the Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHSchG), such as modular or additional studies, which are completed with a university certificate. Relevant are further education courses regarding work experience. Application deadline: 31 July of every year
