Annotation

In the practice-oriented Real Estate and Property Management (M.A.) degree programme, you will deepen your skills in the core areas of the housing and real estate industry and deal with core issues of the sector on a sound scientific basis. It deals with current social, technological and legal developments and develop solution concepts for sustainable residential or office buildings, hotel complexes or entire districts. The interdisciplinary approach of the programme enables you to meet the criteria of economy, user-friendliness and sustainability. You will also get to know international real estate management thanks to an integrated stay abroad in New York or Shanghai. The degree course is currently undergoing the accreditation process.
