Target group
Executives who have a first professional qualification from a university and professional experience with managerial responsibility. The subject groups / study areas to which the first degree is assigned are not restricted.

Admission requirements
- professional qualifying certificate of academic degree or equivalent degree with a standard period of study of at least 8 semesters (240 CP) - at least 1 year of professional experience after completion of the degree - at least 6 months in a management position (HR responsibility/staff management/project/team leadership) - curriculum vitae with evidence of professional/managerial experience - German knowledge at level DSH-2 or comparable proof (if first degree or university entrance qualification is not acquired at a German-speaking institution) -Application deadline: 01.05: 15 January Applicants with a first professionally qualifying degree with a standard period of study of less than 8 semesters (less than 240 CP), but a minimum standard period of study of 6 semesters (180 CP) may be admitted if further requirements are met: the credit points missing for 240 CP can either be demonstrated by completed academic continuing education, additional studies or module studies or can be compensated for by a longer period of professional experience (1.5 or 2 years depending on the CP)
