Annotation

In organisations, people of different ages and genders work together all with different cultural backgrounds and unequal health conditions. You find yourself in phases of life with variable demands. These colourful workforces require flexibility from their companies and the ability to match performance needs with individual concerns and to keep workers healthy and efficient. That requires the professional coordination of conflicting claims and successful communication. That is where the master program Health and Diversity comes in.
