Target group

The degree course is designed to further qualify civil engineers with a first academic degree in Civil Engineering. After completing the Master's degree in Civil Engineering, the students should be equipped to work in all areas of civil engineering and be capable of independently analysing and understanding complex technical/specialist problems on a scientific basis and developing possible solutions. The students gain a broad base of skills and knowledge to enable them to actively shape knowledge transfer from higher education into practice. After completing the degree course, graduates are able to lead complex construction and planning projects and assume management responsibilities.

Admission requirements

first professional degree acquired at a higher education institution at home or abroad in the field of Civil Engineering, equivalent to at least 240 ECTS points. Students should have completed the first professional degree with an overall grade of 2.5 or better.
