Target group

Bachelor graduates with a first professionally qualifying university degree that covers the same subjects as the intended Master's course as well as teaching qualification-specific components (education sciences, aptitude and orientation practical, work placement)

Annotation

Since this course takes place at the University of Paderborn and the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, students must be enrolled/admitted at both universities. In the master's degree, they must be first-time auditors at the University of Paderborn and second-time auditors at the TH OWL. The course can only be started if the enrolment as a first-time auditor and the admission as a second-time auditor at the two universities has been completed on time.

Admission requirements

Academic degree in a degree programme of at least six semesters consisting of the following elements, among others:  a course of study in the vocational specialisation  a degree in Educational Science,  an aptitude and orientation work placement as defined by Section 12 (1) Clause 1 No. 1 of the Teacher Training Act (LABG) and  a work placement in the professional field as defined by Section 12 (1) Clause 1 No. 2 of the Teacher Training Act.
