Target group

The course of study, which is innovative within Germany, is aimed at professionals from different areas, e.g. services and facilities of the education, social and health services such as child day-care facilities and schools, public administration, associations, politics and others. These professionals are already working in coordinating, executive or advisory positions or would like to do this, and have at least two years of professional experience.

Admission requirements

Within the limits of the available study places, admission to the Master's degree course is granted by decision of the Admissions Committee to those who: (1) A successfully completed university degree (2) has pursued a professional activity of at least two years after obtaining the first university degree (the admissions committee decides on exceptions) (3) holds a managerial or coordinating position or a deputy managerial position in an organisation or wishes to qualify for a managerial or coordinating position, or is responsible for designing processes within an organisation (4) is employed to the extent of at least 30% - 50% of a full-time position in a relevant professional field and declares his/her intention to continue to be employed. (5) successful completion of an aptitude test (which allows admission without a university degree)
