Target group

The course is aimed at students with a relevant Bachelor's degree or State Examination in Teaching who have basic competencies related to migration from and to Germany as well as multilingualism and interculturality in education and communication processes. In addition to foreign language skills and knowledge of migration-related situations, we expect sensitivity for relevant fields of action and intervention as well as a willingness to resolve resulting difficulties and conflicts constructively.

Admission requirements

A Bachelor's degree or at least equivalent academic degree from a university, teacher training college, university of applied sciences or university of cooperative education. The course of study on which the academic degree is based must have been completed with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits or with a standard period of study of at least six semesters in Education, Social Sciences, German Studies, English Studies, Romance Studies, Theology, Philosophy or a related subject area.
