Graduates of Bachelor programs in the field of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and / or Computer Science. In the case of graduates from the field of Computer Science, a substantive examination of the Bachelor's degree with regard to the content of the Master's program Microelectronic Systems takes place.

Annotation

The Master Program Microelectronic Systems is a cooperative study program with the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW). With regard to admission, please note that admission to the summer semester is at FH Westküste and winter semester at HAW Hamburg. (First) enrolment at the respective university is either in the summer or winter semester, depending on the start of studies. The additional enrolment at the partner university and the change to that site then take place in the 2nd semester. If you decide on the part-time variant of the course, the duration of the course will be 6 semesters.

Admission requirements

You need an academic degree in Electrical and Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Building Systems Technology or a related technical Bachelor's degree course of at least seven semesters (210 credit points). The academic degree must be sufficiently related to automation technology. For above-mentioned academic degrees with fewer than 210 ECTS or degrees that are not sufficiently related to automation technology, there are transitional regulations, about which we are happy to advise.
