Target group
Graduates of the degree course Business Law or Law with the First or Second State Law Examination. The four-semester degree course combines interdisciplinary and practice-oriented content from the fields of media and data protection law as well as data security with media economics content. In addition, students are taught the necessary technical expertise and methodological knowledge (including data and transmission technology).
Admission requirements
Completed university degree in Business Law (Bachelor's or Diplom degree with a minimum grade of 2.5) or First or Second State Law Examination or other relevant degree. A degree course is deemed relevant if it imparts legal knowledge in modules totalling at least 60 ECTS credits. The decision on whether the course of study is comparable and relevant is made by the Examination Board.
