Annotation
We believe in breadth in depth. We believe in generalists who are capable of specialising and interdisciplinary experts for the undisciplined – because economic problems do not stop at the boundaries of individual disciplines. We are convinced that the combination of business and economics with aspects of communication and cultural sciences as well as political and administrative sciences, in line with the ideal of an entrepreneurial generalist training, will enable you to meet the complex leadership and management challenges of the 21st century – including digital transformation, complex and international organisational structures, fragmentation of markets – with greater composure. We focus on raising your awareness of complex and interdisciplinary problems – because intelligent and sustainable decisions require more than just the accumulation of specialised knowledge. As constructive and responsible initiators, founders and managers of tomorrow, we expect a great deal from you today – and you from us. They say that economists like to optimise. How about optimising your analysis and learning ability in the CME Master's programme? Extend and deepen your professional perspectives, for example, by setting an individual focus in the following areas: Family Business | Leadership & Relational Societies | Sustainable Transport & Mobility | Sustainable Finance & Accounting They also say that lack of discipline requires a consistent (re)integration of entrepreneurship into science, teaching and practice. Our CME Master challenges your individual research experience and empowers you to engage with it – if you allow it. Bring your questions and we will critically question traditional and current theories, business models, organisational and leadership modes, including the associated social systems – and not just in the final thesis, but also in the context of a curricular but optional research project. We believe that you will gain individualised, international and innovative skills that you will use productively in your career in knowledge-intensive public, non-profit and private sectors as well as in academia to find independent answers to tomorrow's economic problems. You too?

Admission requirements
Zeppelin University chooses its applicants through individual selection procedures. Regardless of grades, attention is paid to personality. Since the Master's degree programme in "Corporate Management & Economics" was designed as a consecutive degree programme, it requires a degree in economics. It is also an English-language Master's degree programme, which requires a very good command of English at C1 level. German language skills are desired, but not a mandatory admissions requirement.
