Annotation
The International Management degree programme prepares students for these challenges and teaches much more than business administration at an international level. Semesters abroad enable students to acquire international management expertise and to develop intercultural skills. Topics such as internationalisation strategies and intercultural management are treated in the same way as, for example, marketing, innovation, finance, human resources and digital transformation. Students are trained to recognise challenges for various business areas in international organisations and to develop solution strategies for these. The International Management degree programme promotes independent, analytical and critical thinking. In addition, special emphasis is placed on the development of intercultural competence as a key qualification for future career entry.
