Annotation
The concept of a practice-integrated course of study is based on a close association between practical work experience and academic study. Each semester is made up of an 11-week practical phase in a company, followed by a 12-week theoretical study phase at the institution of higher education. Components of a practice-integrated course of study include courses of lectures, supervised independent study, work in small groups and practical experience in a company.
Admission requirements
School leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (‘Abitur’) or entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences, or a qualification with the equivalent recognised pre-training. For the practice-integrated degree course, an apprenticeship or internship or an employment relationship with a cooperating company must be proven. Further details can be found on the admission website.
