Annotation
In the combined Bachelor for Teaching Qualification, this subject can be studied as a subsidiary subject (Gymnasium-level and Comprehensive Schools). Note: Educational Sciences is always a compulsory additional component of a Teaching Qualification course. You need to apply for this separately by the respective deadline.
Admission requirements
Admission requirement for the Bachelor's course is an adequate qualification for admission to higher education (e.g. Abitur). Please note that additional admission requirements apply to this course. In such cases, the requirement for enrolment will be proof of language proficiency: this serves to assess whether applicants have adequate command of Latin to be able to achieve the objectives of the course (aptitude assessment procedure). The requirement for participation in the aptitude assessment procedure is a pass in the Latinum (Latin language examination) exam. The aptitude assessment consists of a written test of 90 minutes, which may be followed by an additional oral test of 20-30 minutes. Special conditions apply to applicants with international education certificates. Special conditions also apply to applicants qualified in professional training.
