Annotation
The Brandenburg Model Degree Programme in Dentistry awards 48 places per semester. In contrast to state universities, the selection of dental students is not based on a grade-based numerus clausus (admission restrictions), but on personality, motivation and relevant previous professional experience. It is always possible to start the program in the summer semester. The innovative degree-programme, which includes practice-orientated courses from the very start, take place in Brandenburg an der Havel, with its convenient proximity and connection to Berlin. A modern education with state-of-the-art equipment, in small groups and with an early practical focus enables students to acquire practical skills as quickly as possible, to have contact with patients and to be prepared for independent dental practice. The aim of the Brandenburg Model Course in Dentistry is to qualify students in such a way that they can provide patients with the best possible professional care using the latest medical and dental knowledge and skills from day one of their career.

The subject-specific higher education entrance qualification and the subject-specific entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences only entitle the holder to study at a university in the corresponding subject area.
