Here, projects are becoming increasingly larger and more complex, which has a strong influence on the task profile. In the distance learning course in Construction Project Management, you will be provided with all of the project management tools that you need to realise a construction project in addition to the most important building technology fundamentals. You will study 100% online in order to remain as flexible as possible when learning. The focus is also on teaching leadership skills and providing a basic understanding of business management.
