The degree programme is offered as a minor subject only. The standard period of study is governed by the specifications of the examination regulations for the main subject. The degree course is aimed primarily at students of History, but also those of other humanities and social sciences subjects interested in cultural history who wish to delve into the topic of Judaism. A possible alternative to dealing academically with Judaism may be to study Judaism as a major or minor subject.
