The subject-specific studies are carried out according to Section 15 of the Training and Examination Regulations of Thuringia for careers in the upper, non-technical service of state and municipal administration (ThürAPOgD) at the Public Administration Academy of Thuringia, through the Department of Municipal Administration and General State Administration (KSAV).
