Call for applications

yDiv, the graduate school at iDiv, offers 

two scholarships within the DAAD Graduate School Scholarship Program (GSSP) for doctoral researchers from the global south

funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) as part of the Graduate School Scholarship Programme (GSSP) for a maximum of 4 years.

We are looking for highly motivated international doctoral researchers in biodiversity research who will work at the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research (iDiv) Halle-Jena-Leipzig.

Positions are expected to start between June and October 2025. Interested candidates can apply with their own research idea that is related to the research topics offered by the PhD project PIs (see section PhD Project PIs on the call website).
